Sweet & Smokey Toasted Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. of Patten Pecans Mammoth Halves
  • 3  tbsp. of smoked paprika (sweet or hot)
  • 3  tbsp. of butter melted
  • 3  tbsp. of brown sugar
  • 3  pinches of sea salt

 

Directions

Mix all ingredients to coat nuts well. Toast in a 350 degree oven or toaster oven for about 7 minutes, until the sugar has melted on the nuts and they are toasted to your liking. Watch them close don't let them burn. Great as a snack or on a salad. We make them everyday.
