Pecan Quesadilla
Ingredients for 1 Quesadilla
- 8" soft taco-sized flour tortilla
- 1/3 cup (1.5 oz) shredded Havarti cheese
- 2 tbsp. toasted Patten Pecans Medium Pecan Pieces
- oil for skillet
- pear preserves
Directions
Cook quesadilla in a lightly greased skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes each side, or until cheese melts, and tortilla is golden brown. Cut into wedges and serve with pear preserves.
