Pecan-Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Patten Pecans Mammoth Halves
  • 4 (6 oz.) tilapia fillets
  • 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • lemon wedges

 

Directions

Process the Mammoth Halves in a food processor until finely chopped. Sprinkle the tilapia fillets with the seasoned salt and pepper. Dredge fish in finely-chopped pecans. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, add fish, and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until well browned and fish flakes with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
