Easy 'Never Fail' Praline Pecan Candies

Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla pudding
  • 1 ½ cups Light Brown sugar
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. Imitation Vanilla
  • 2 cups whole or chopped pecans

 

Directions

Mix the 1 box of vanilla pudding with the 1 ½ cups of light brown sugar.  Add ½ cup evaporated milk and 3 tbsp of butter.  Boil mix for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add 2 tbsp of imitation vanilla and 2 cups of whole/chopped pecans.  Remove from heat and beat vigoursly for 2 min.  Spoon onto wax paper or marble slab and let cool
