LaVonne's Sweet Potato Souffle
Main Ingredients
- 4 large baked Sweet Potatoes or 3 cans of Sweet Potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Topping Ingredients
- 1cup brown sugar
- 1 package (14 oz) Patten Pecans Medium Pecans Pieces
- 1cup self rising flour
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Directions
Bake and mash the sweet potatoes. Add remaining Main Ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased baking dish. Mix together the Topping Ingredients and sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
