Seasonal Products Shipping
Chocolate covered pecans and chocolate pecan pies are only shipped during the cooler months of the year. Typically this runs from November through February or March. Raw and most candied pecans may be shipped through out the year. For specific requests on shipping these items please contact us at 1-800-634-1672 Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
New Pecan Crop
Pecans are typically harvested around October. The exact dates depend on location and pecan variety. This means that each new crop is available beginning in early November.
Shipping Fees and Methods
Shipping Methods
All Patten Pecan products are shipped via UPS. Therefore, you must use a residential or business address since UPS will not deliver packages to a post office box address. We currently offer UPS Ground, 2-Day, and Next Day shipping.
Order Processing
2-Day and Next Day orders for in-stock products received before 2:00 PM EST Monday to Friday will be shipped that day. All other in-stock orders will ship the next business day.
Shipping Fees
Our shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the order. If you order multiple items and have items sent to several addresses, each address will be considered a separate order and shipment. So shipping fees will be calculated for each address as you check out.

Deferred Shipping
You may specify a future delivery when ordering any products (please note limitations on shipping chocolate items and pies). If the date you specify is not a business day (UPS only delivers Monday to Friday) we will make every effort to ship your item so that it arrives on a business day just prior to your designated date.
