Cherry Pecan Pie
This Cherry Pecan Pie recipe is extremely easy to make and extremely pleasing to eat. You will have people asking for the recipe (that's how we got it from Janet Fish!).
- 1 box white or yellow cake mix (15.25 oz. box)
- 2x 20 oz. cans cherry pie filling (can substitute other canned fruit, pineapple was one recommendation)
- 1 Cup Pecan Pieces
- 3/4 Cup butter, melted
Pour pie filling in bottom of 9" x 12" (or 8" x 11.5") baking dish. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pie filling. Drizzle melted butter over top. Add pecans. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
